Facebook digs deeper in “tagmosphere” – Lexicon
Facebook again does whatever it takes to get more information about its users. This time with a new feature called Lexicon.
Lexicon is a tool to follow language trends across Facebook. Specifically, Lexicon looks at the usage of words and phrases on profile, group and event Walls.
via Facebook
It is exactly what it says to be. You search by words of your own choice and Facebook gives you a nice graph of…of…right… usage of words and phrases…on profiles, groups and walls. Okay. This must be handy. We all could have a great use of this tool. I guess. Not.
Anyhow, I don’t think that…er…whatever. I really can’t find any use of this feature at all. Apart from Facebook themselves to be able to spy even more on us, the users. Well, let them, they probably need it.
